Throwing money at a problem doesn't make it solve faster or at all, cancer research is well funded but you don't hear of many cures besides a few like Cervarix. What we need is shorter trials but with hair loss you need a lot of time to test stuff out because of how slow hair grows. And drugs that have shown a safe profile like Breezula and Seti there's no reason to go through extensive trials, specially Breezula when the acne variant of the same drug Winlevi is already on the last stages before it's commercialized.

It might have been a good idea 10 years ago but not today because science has just about cured hair loss.
