What If I Already Have Gynecomastia?

I want to give Finasteride a try. I had puffy nipples since my teenage days ( I am 27 now) which got worse after I gained around 110 lbs in the last 4 years . Now I am losing weight(already lost 65 lbs) and my man boobs are getting smaller but I know I wont be 100% normal because I had the puffy nipples even when I was slim ( I had puffy nipples at 23 even before I got overweight)

Is having gynceomastia a contraindication for finasteride use ? or does that mean that I have one less thing to worry about when taking finasteride ?

I’ve had puffy nipples since puberty and have been on finasteride about 4 months. I may have had a slight increase but I’m not sure.
