What is going on with my hair and sclap ? (microscope view)

Since July i started to shed a lot of hair everyday. My hair lost a lot of volume and is starting to get oily very fast (i almost need a shampoo every day).

I'm on finasteride since october but the shedding has not stopped at all so i decided to buy a microscope to have a better look at my scalp and i have some questions.

Do i have too much miniaturised hairs ? Are these lost forever ?

Is the color of my sclap ok ? Looks like i have something attacking my sclap and hair. What is it ?

I'm 28 and i always had light/thin hair and all photos were taken on the vertex and midscalp aeras.

What did the dermatalogist suggest if you have seen one?

My Derm basically did nothing, he looked at my hair for 2 sec, said i was balding and suggested minoxidil (not using yet). He would not even prescribe me finasteride unless i asked for.

Its possible that you may be starting male pattern baldness or some imbalances like deficincies/surplus. Try getting some test done.

I did a blood test last week and everything seems in check. I do have high Test and Progesterone tho.
Im starting to think i have some sort of skin condition on top of an early MBP maybe...

You might have a shedding disorder as well like thyroid. Often times, people tend to have more than just male pattern baldness.

It looks like minuitrization but bear in mind everyone has 10 to 15% hairs in minuitrization state possible more.
