iv seen this sh*t advertised in the paper. its expensive stuff, any1 know anything about it?

It's identical to Viviscal, if you've heard of that. It contains silica and shark cartilage as it's main ingredients ( I believe) and probably doesn't do much to treat male pattern baldness, although I've heard reports that it can improve the appearance of one's hair. I wouldn't waste my money on it though as you can probably go to a pharmacy and pick up those ingredients for much cheaper.

crazy, its on all pharmacy sites in the uk now, and in clinical studies have regrown nearly every1s hair or somehting...

expensive.
