There is not a general consensus. But , It is not the miracle thing we spouse it was. Setipiprant didn't work, anyway, was to weak . But Fevipiprant , finally, didn't made it for asthma neither . And was a strong one. So I must said that it is a wasted of time. I was a believer that it should works, but evidence show the contrary .

Yes i agree but it seems that TM30089 (strongest PGD2 antagonist) halted the loss of every person who tried it. Sadly it's nearly impossible to sleep while on it.

I am going to try a combo of topical diclofenac + minoxidil + oral castor oil + low dose of oral aspirin

Diclofenac and aspirin should lower pgd2 AND pge2 but castor oil and minoxidil will take care of the pge2 route

What do you think guys ?

This study shows minoxidil +diclofenac is more effective than minoxidil alone for androgenic alopecia

@pegasus2 what do you think about this combo since i can't take any anti androgen? I saw one of your post where you said ramatroban completely stopped your shedding

It's less important than reducing AR expression, but since you're not going to take an anti-androgen you could be inhibiting PGD2, but keep in mind half of balding men aren't even sensitive to PGD2. For the other half it can be helpful, but that setipiprant study was a massive failure.

Yup its a staple in my regimen and should be in all people serious about hairloss. Its just not some cure if thats what youre expecting. But its cheap and works well. Got to use powder though, the pillls have too much filler, though they work too.

Check out this study if you havent already: https://www.docdroid.net/2FwL4QP/101080-at-0954663420171341610-pdf

Wondering if you can help please?
Would this work as a solution https://www.chemist-4-u.com/cetiriz...MI3NjpnNeK7gIVhu_tCh0a_wSMEAsYAiABEgKxo_D_BwE

200ml solution of certirizine hydrochloride , in 5ml doses. Could this be used as a topical?

Thats an oral syrup solution. Probably wouldnt work too well topically but I cant say for sure.

I started with crushed the pills, and now use raw powder. Try crushed generic pills (like 12 bucks on amzon) in minoxidil or another soloution first to see if it works for you. You'll know pretty much immediately if it does.

I get by Cet from Alibaba. This supplier if youre wondering: https://www.alibaba.com/product-det...23.html?spm=a2700.12243863.0.0.7f293e5f12IVUx

Thanks - is there another vehicle to deliver it on apart from minoxidil? Really don’t want to start on that.

How have your results been?

Yeah, distilled water will dissolve the raw powder and if youre making mixtures for multiple days thats probably best because alcohol will degrade Cet over time if it sits in a soloution. I mix mine daily so that doesnt matter for me. I'm not sure if distilled water would work for a crushed pill though. Try it and see.
Thanks - what mg to ml do you use daily?

Why you want to use asprin if you gonna use diclofenac anyway? plus aspirin will diminished your minoxidil results since it is SULT1A1 blocker and asprin in low doses blocks mostly COX-1, not COX-2 (which produces most of the PGD2) and diclofenac blocks mostly cox-2 so asprin is more harmful than useful (unless you did not use minoxidil and diclofenac)

What are the best cox 2 inhibitors that are natural supplements? Is there only castor as a PGE2 supplement?

A quick search online shows promoting PGE2 effectively can promote cancer within the body - is that such a good idea taking castor oil etc orally and surpressing PGD2 would that not increase PGE2?

No, I havent. Its a pain in the *** for me to test stuff and I had no real reason to test the Ceti. If you want to know if the exact purity is what they claim then feel free to do so. The stuff is definitely legit though, You'll know pretty much immediately.

Have you noticed any systemic sides from Ceti? Drowsiness?
