after months of seeing those terms, i think i finally understand what it means... DAMN !

for the hair that dropped off, i noticed that each hair it dropped off is thinner... and it is harder to style coz it has no strength ... the more i try to make my hair stands , the more it fall :cry:

is that what hair thining means ? is propecia gona help me with that problem?

Yes and maybe. Propecia will help with the cause - DHT and slow down the process. I'd add minoxidil to add density and possible re-growth of the babies you lost.

I have diffuse thinning.Instead of losing hair in a nice neat pattern, I lose it a little all over.Hate it.

Thinning hair means that the current, dense follicles that you have on your head begin to thin, eventually becoming see-through. Hair shaft fallout has little to do with hair thinning, as long as your root follicle does not miniaturize, all will be well.

When your root follicle begins to recycle as a smaller, thinner follicle, then you’re in trouble.
