What is your opinion for Azelaic Acid

I am lost in this one. I have read in many places that is a very effective DHT inhibitor. Dr. Lee also claims that. So what do you think? Is it a worthy addition on one's regimen? I would also greatly appreciate feedback from person who have been using it.

I asked Dr Lee if Azelaic Acid or spironolactone were the best topical antiandrogen. His response was "spironolactone, hands down".

On paper Azelaic Acid is supposed to help, but I don't believe there are any in vitro studies to back that.
