what kinda msm should i use?

just the other day i bought a bottle of MSM-1000(Methysulfonymthane) used to aid joint elasticity and flexibilty and i was just wondering if thats what i needed or if any msm should work to help hair grow faster and to see better results? thanks

thats the one that also grows hair. I just buy the cheapest one, and it works. I dont know of a special good brand, but i think any brand MSM should work.

if it works on joints and back as the bottle says it should, then it will also work on growing hair faster, and possibly regrowing new hair.
