What makes dutasteride different from finasteride?

Hello,

short question: why can someone's body get along better with dutasteride than with finasteride? In my situation it is very impressive.
I am no longer tired, no dry skin, less acne, no more extreme rings under eyes...

The drug is stronger - but the chemical mix is another, i am impressed of dutasteride. Please help me to understand what makes the drugs different from each other.

I am also more impressed with dutasteride... and much happier with the results.
