What do I think? I think you don't even have Male Pattern Baldness. Also, it's Rogaine, not romaine. I do not see any signs of hair loss whatsoever.

Like I previously stated, I do not see any signs of of hair loss whatsoever. In your original post, you stated that you haven't used Rogaine for about two months; you would be going through a massive shed if you legitimately quit using that treatment if you have male pattern baldness.

You have great hair, and I wouldn't worry if I were you. The only thing that I'd watch out for is that if you actually succumb to male pattern baldness, start taking Finasteride as soon as possible. There'll be no need to use Rogaine if you have excellent density, which you do have.

Definitely was more juvenile still in these pics. I must’ve been delusional or paranoid because of the telogen effluvium I was recovering from post accutane. Damn my hairline was really good here.

Yes, too bad it is no longer as good but still decent for your age. I see plenty of hispanics that will maintain that juvenile hairline their entire life. You just were not one of them.

I have shown these photos to Matt and Ron Shapiro and they agree that my hairline has only changed very slightly which is a good sign. They only recommended treatment to me because of how paranoid I feel about my hair.

You can try to compare those to these. It’s hard to tell for me but nonetheless I want to be proactive as much as possible. All men on my dads side are nw7

What is your mother's side like? All the men on my dads side never lose hair, but all the men on my mother's side are nw7. Hair loss can come from either side but from judging your pics over the years, there is little chance that you are joining the nw7 club any time soon.

My moms side are all full head nw0 they just all have silver hair now lol. I’m just torn idk if I should get on finasteride at this point.
