I've read for instance that Grapefruit Juice is a potent inhibitor of the CYP3A4 enzyme. Drinking a lot of it could easily raise your steady-state plasma levels of dutasteride or finasteride. Perhaps 1mg of finasteride, in the presence of grapefruit juice, could be more like 5mg.
