NW2-2.5. It looks like there is still some miniaturization going on at the front and the temples are creeping back. Could use some better pics of your crown.

Do you recommend finasteride or just microneedling the temples?

I have a big forehead btw which accentuates it, I usually have longer hair and bangs to cover that up but I cut it short for the pic now I'm very much regretting the cutting haha

Density looks pretty good. However I would consider trying finasteride in order to preserve your hairline. And finding the right style is definitely important too. Has your hairline always been high? Any pics to compare to from a few years ago?

I don't have appropriate pics(they're all with bangs), my hair line has always been high, been insecure about it since like 14(but then I just called it a big forehead, I didn't know about hairlines) but it got a lot worse a year and a half ago from lots of shedding, then the shedding stopped and I think my hair has regained some density. I'm not certain what caused the shedding it may have been diet related regardless my temples had moved a lot.

I would definitely consider treatment in order to prevent further loss, especially if there is a family history of hair loss. I would probably start with finasteride and see how things go from there. If it's not enough or you are getting sides then you can try minoxidil.
