What Should I Do? Just Started Minoxidil Today!!

As you can see in the pictures Im receding pretty badly to a norewood 3 in my temples.. not sure if theres diffuse thinning going on too.. but what Should I do? Im 22 years old. An started thinning/ receding at 18... It took me awhile to build the courage to start topical minoxidil as its a lifetime thing.. I wanted to go as long as possible without treatment so I could really see where Im at or if it progresses badly But thats not a good idea, I see so many guys say that they wish they started treatment earlier.. i been shedding alot of hair in my receded areas / temple, so I said to hell with it an started minoxidil today. But what should I do is it possible to stop this thinning, regrow the lost hairs /density and keep my hairline I have now Into my 30's or 40s?? What norewood am I at ? Ive been thinking about taking finasteride.. any feed back would be helpful thank you!!

Hey in my experience minoxidil helped my temples for a year and then stopped working so I would recommend some time of anti androgen especially considering you have diffuse hair loss too. Minoxidil works great on the crown though. Get ketoconazole shampoo and a zinc shampoo. Those will help slow down hair loss but you could try finasteride too. Diluted peppermint oil works great for the temples and hairline as well. These would be a good start.
