I know a hair trichologist that has had heaps of success using supplements you take with water in early stages. The only natural supplement that works is castor oil. But you may get more hairy everywhere.
Can't people be saved early on if they have diffused thinning. I think I have diffuse thinning but I don't know for sure, if it's in early early stages can supplements help because a trichologist said that it can if early. There's probably none that work against male pattern baldness, but some can improve the condition of the hair/scalp, or be of help in the rare case that you are deficient in one of them. I personally only take zinc picolinate, but biotin is another one that's often taken .
Hi, yes & no, you can start to loose hair for many reasons other than male pattern baldness, so supplements can be a good place to start, as you may be able to improve your condition, by pinpointing and rectifying the cause, but for people who have an genetic predisposition to male pattern baldness its unlikely they will be able to maintain their hair through supplements alone, if they could there would be no need for the any of the prescription based options currently available. Can't people be saved early on if they have diffused thinning. What you lose is valuable time during which your hairline will continue to recede. Time is at the essence when it comes to correctly treating male pattern baldness, because the more hair you lose, the harder it is to grow back. Finasteride is much better at maintaining than regrowing, and so the sooner you start finasteride, the better.Overall you have very little to loose by trying the supplement option first though, and it can often be the first positive step in the right direction.
Hi, yes all that's true and is good advice...... the JACOBY77 guy I was replying to is still a teenager though, he knows about Finasteride, but i'm presuming he has some trepidations about taking it at his age. What you lose is valuable time during which your hairline will continue to recede. Supplements will only work if you are defficient in vitamins or minerals they won't work for genetic male pattern baldness. There are studies around saw Palmetto but really is just a very weak version of finasteride. So if the hair loss is due to poor diet then supplements are a great idea otherwise stick to the big 3.Can't people be saved early on if they have diffused thinning.
