Hello guys, so first time posting here. I tried Finasteride 1mg a day and it gave me bad side effects so I quit the drug. Right now I use Minoxidil, Microneedling, Ketoconazole shampoo and sometimes Stemoxydine. But I know what this will not keep my hair long term. My father was NW6 at 25, I am 21 now and I am diffuse thinning so probably be like him also. What is my best bet? To add low dose topical Finasteride 0.025% or something else? If anyone has some experience please comment and help me, I would appreciate it. Thanks in advance guys.

Topical finasteride will still go systemic and basically be the exact same. Your other option is using a topical anti androgen like RU58841, Breezula, or Eucapil. Those have a different mechanism and a different side effect profile. I would encourage you to do your own research on those. In order of efficacy and side effect rate it seems to go RU>Breezula>Eucapil. Unfortunately none of these drugs are nearly as studied as finasteride.

Thanks for the reply. I am interested in CB 03 01( Breezula). What is the cheapest place to buy it from Europe? How to make it and how many days does 1 gram of Breezula last?

How is your experience with topical dutasteride? Does it go systematic
I don't have sides from topical Dutasteride, like I had with oral finasteride completed shut down my hormones with nasty sides.

With topical Dutasteride I'm fine without sides and this calmed down my inflamed scalp which it's good but yes this have systematic affect from what I have seen on the discord group who did the blood test seems to affect very low the hormones thats why you just need to use 2-3x/week to not build up on long term in your blood
