What are the other options when finasteride stops working? Is it just dutasteride?

Also are there any oral supplements to boost hair growth? I heard castor oil can be effective

It doesn’t. There are people using it for a decade plus and maintaining their hair.

Not sure where you heard this
it does. it is also well documented fact that finasteride becomes less effective over time. one example is 'the hair loss show' on youtube did a video on it but a quick google search will bring up multiple articles

here is the first article that came up by Bernstein Medical

Does Propecia (finasteride) Work for Life? (bernsteinmedical.com)

It’s a clinic, and even they say they have seen it work for 15 years.

Nowhere do they say it stops working, in fact they mention the thinning they noticed would have been actually worse had the patient not been on finasteride so again, where does it say finasteride stops working?

Not to mention, it’s not a study just their experience and it means jackshit. Do you understand the difference between a study done by a scientist and some hair clinic explaining their experience with what their patients tells them subjectively

not stops work but becomes less effective over time. of course hair would be worse without finasteride, but this post is to discuss what other options to look at when finasteride becomes less effective over time, which it does.
