what to use after minoxidil?

alright, i've been on propecia and minoxidil for 18 months now, and it's not doing anything for my crown or temples. if anything, it's slowing down the process, but i still have alot less hair on my crown than a year ago. so, where do i go next? i'm not looking for a topical anti-dht, i've used spironolactone and that did nothing as well. i'm looking for something which stimulates hair growth. any suggestions would be much appreciated. (btw, i've been on the 15% xandrox for about 4 or 5 months now, so higher levels of minoxidil doesn't seem to be the soulition, either).

TRY FOLLIGEN IT SEEMS THAT IT IS THE NEXT BEST THING TO MINOXIDIL. IM CURRENTLY ON IT BECAUSE IM ALLERGIC TO MINOXIDIL AND IT SEEMS TO BE THICKENING MY EXISTING HAIR.
