What treatment is best topical finasteride,duta,RU

Hello everybody
I only have topical powder options currently which of Them is beast and do I need to use it with minoxidil?
I have use finasteride 1mg oral a day with low sideeffect...
The price of RU is high so i am thinking finasteride topical or dutasteride topical

There is an Indian product named Morr-F. It is a solution which contains both minoxidil and finasteride. It's very inexpensive but I'm not sure if it's available where you live.
