What treatments do you expect in the next few years? (Maybe a pipeline with all upcoming treatments + your own opinion?)

What would interest me is what treatments we can expect in the near future? Both positive and negative opinions are welcome. Just please don't let this become a "hair clone" thread.

Personally, I can't even look through the whole crowd: Fol 004, Fol 005, way-316606, SM 04554, GT20029, KX-826, RCH 01, TH 7/16, Breezula and so on.

Microneedling can do wonders together with the "Big Three". Try once a week and continue. You only need to do a couple of minutes of crossing rolls weekly and don't press till you get blood. We used to do that a couple of years back thinking it made it work better but it's not worth the extra stress and unsanitary blood loss which some times rolled down my forehead like a boxer with a cut.

To be honest, it's all about interest in the treatments. I neither want to give hope here nor talk about everything badly. I just want to see what I might have missed or overlooked. Regardless of my suffering, I am also interested in what and how something is developed.
that so far only empty promises have been made is clear to me ^^ Way was a disappointment, RCH 01, Breezula currently and SM04554 does not look promising either at the moment (from my point of view).
nevertheless it interests me. as you already said: if you want to do something, you should do it now!

Unfortunately, I don't yet know how and whether it will work for me, because I stopped finasteride immediately after 2 weeks (became depressed and apathetic) and Minoxidil gave me migraines for 1-2 months at a time. Unfortunately, I am generally very sensitive to medication. no idea why.

Depending on the safety profile of Kintor's pyrilutamide and AR degrader, they will probably become more useful to people then finasteride. Pyrilutamide is much stronger then Breezula, and probably gets released in China next year. US trials & approval might take 2-3 more years, and maybe 4-5 more years for the AR degrader.

Big question is the safety profiles though. I personally will find it difficult to take China specific trials as serious as any EU/US trials from a safety standpoint.
