So I've been to 2 dermatologists. Both say I have Telogen Effluvium due to a high amount of shedding within 3 months. Went from a perfect hairline to this. ( pictures down below) but the thing is, it's in a Androgenetic Alopecia pattern, no thinning on crown though. I really don't understand why my hair loss developed this fast if I have Androgenetic Alopecia, or why it's in a pattern if I have Telogen Effluvium. Hair started shedding abnormally and very suddenly (from no hair loss one day, to a handful of hair after shampooing the next day). I had a perfect hairline in September then bam, hair started shedding. Are the small hairs miniaturized? Or are they regrowth? Any thing helps!!

According to Google it's reversible. Just keep out of stressful situations and give your body what it needs. Lots of downtime, nutrients, water, etc.

It doesn't look like male pattern baldness to me. And as you said it's way too fast for male pattern baldness.

Edit: male pattern baldness would clear out the hair near your temples first. If you look at stage 1 male pattern baldness that's where it starts. That or the very center of the crown.
