I, like many, are a little reticent to jump on finasteride and want to still do a bit more research, but I might be interested in going with something that reduces DHT by a lesser magnitude, so I'm wondering, what else is out there, besides saw palmetto and ketoconazole, that has an antiandrogenic effect lesser than finasteride?
I'm even curious to hear about things that have only had an AA effect demonstrated in vitro, provided it is something easily accessible, and I'm especially (but not exclusively) interested in things that are applied topically. I know topically applied drugs often go systemic, but keto doesn't, so there's some hope that a topical drug won't have a systemic effect.
