Dude, buy Dermatch and Hair so Real! and use them together! I use Dermatch in dry hair and scalp just to shadow it and then I put Hair so Real to make my hair look thick and full..however, Dermatch can be used as a stand -alone concealer with good results, because except of the darkening of the scalp you can use it to coat and thicken your hair..Anyway dont loose time by asking...buy them! These two products are very economical and last for ages...Toppik is expensive and inferior to Hair so Real , imo...

I'm in a the same boat with thinning front and growing it longer to hide it. I got dermatch today and it works amazingly for our situation. I would definitely recommend the dermatch to start off with. My hair just looked normal with it alone and I don't think i'll need a fibre concealer on top of it. It looked plenty full. But I have black hair though and that's the easiest colour to replicate. I wish I'd used it earlier and saved myself months of anxiety with worrying that people can tell I'm thinning.

yeah dermatch and toppik work well together. dermatch is better for the frontal hairline although I hear toppik with the hairline optimizer is very good as well. I have heard 'hair so real' is a cheaper alternative to toppik but havent tried it myself. They both are very good products and I use both.
