What Would Recommend For The Dutasteride Dosage?

Hi I've been using 0.5 mg dutasteride for about 3 months now almost every day. I've read around that since it has long er half life you can take it only 2-3 times a week.

What would you all suggest?

Currently I am on minoxidil twice daily, nizoral :2-3 times in a week.
Dutasteride - almost daily

Results in the studies showed increasing progress all the way up to 2.5mg a day. However the regrowth from 0.5mg to 2.5mg is not big enough to warrant taking 4 more tablets due to price and potential sides I think.

0.5mg a day showed very good results and clearly was better than even 5mg finasteride by a considerable margin.
