Dutasteride - and yes it does a better job blocking both types.

Sides are higher than on 1.25mg finasteride, but not as bad as 5mg finasteride and 0.5mg dutasteride does a better job regrowing hair.

But the drug has a very long half life, so if you get limp c*** or man breasts, the problem will not vanish when you stop the drug. It could take months.
