What’s going on here? Hair Looks Uneven

40. Diffuse thinning on top.

Recently, I’ve noticed that the hair on the back of my head looks a little uneven. I took various pictures over the course of a few days.

Is this just natural thinning with age? Patches of grey hairs being more see through? The shape of my head?

it seems like some hairs are darker (and thicker) than others. I have the same thing with my beard.

I've got the same thing but it hasn't got any worse in 3 years and it's only noticeable when the back and sides are buzzed like yours. I think it's your natural density

That’s very normal, mine has never been straight and I’ve never thought twice about it
