What's Next After Dutasteride And Ru?a

In the last year I switched from Finasteride to Dutasteride after 9 years success with finasteride. dutasteride has been a mixed bag but probably better than finasteride, though still losing from the front. I have added RU at 50mg in stemox per day though it's too early to say if this is helping. Also using oral minoxidil at 1.25mg per day.
My question is to anyone who has been on the dutasteride/ RU regimen with success but then seen that fail over time. What is the next (safest?) step? Oral Estradiol? Topical Bica/ Daro? Oh- Flut?

Bump your oral min up to 5mg, look in to trying oral spironolactone,only 30% chance of getting gyno at 100mg.

ru should be applyed two times a day because of it's short half life, i would also up the dosage to atleast 100 mg, maybe 120-130 mg. That should maintain for a while
