Whats the very top of the line surgeon and technique for one with limited donor hair?

I am in my late 20's and am fairly far along as I have been slowly losing my hair since puberty and using minoxidil since I was 16. If I have all the money I'd need, what is the very best one can do (In the U.S.) if they have a fairly diffused NW5? I thought I remembered seeing new tech for getting more hairs per donor hair by splitting them.
