I don't know what is this but it hurts a lot and it doesn't seem like Seborrehic dermatitis because I'm using the ciclopirox olamine for 4 weeks and this doesn't seem to improve, I've noticed more hair fall on the red areas. Went to my trichologist and he says it is nothing wrong with my scalp and the problem was 'psychosomatic'. He also told me that I don't have miniaturized hair which is clearly bullshit, u can clearly see some miniaturization going on there.

You should have him do a biopsy on it. That's the only way to really tell whats going on. I had additional hair fall on red scalp areas.

Did he use the microscope when he came to that conclusion or eyeball it?

Trichoscope. Redness is gone now but the scalp aches are still there no matter what. I've tried antifungical shampoos, steroid shampoo(clobex) and the pain doesn't go away. The only way I can deal with pain is washing my hair every day, but after like 12 hours after I took the shower, the pain starts again. He said I don't have scaring alopecia, but I'm sure these scalp aches are causing my diffuse thinning.

Might be folliculitis, look into the subreddit.

You could try out benzoylperoxide as a treatment.

It helped me a lot with my inflamed, red, itchy scalp and pimples on scalp

Maybe you have some type of dermatitis or vasculitis deep in your scalp and topical isn't going to help. You might need some oral steroids.

Did it improve your hair loss?

I don't have anyone to prescribe it, because my trichologist is telling me that this pain I have is 'psychosomatic'. I've been dealing with this for years with no solution.

Go to a dermatologist. There's a good chance you can get steroid injections into the scalp to reduce inflammation. I did recently and that seemed to help the redness inflamed feeling substantially. Are you on any topicals right now?

I'm not using topical at this moment, but I will pretty soon.
