Before you kill yourself, learn the Norwood scale better. You look more diffuse with your greasy hair but the Norwood level is not much different than when your hair is not greasy. You don't have enough recession to be a NW3. Can't you go back to that style you had when your hair was shorter and you had that huge thick fringe at the front. My hair looks just as diffuse when it's greasy too but the Norwood level is about the same.

I Will Bro,but the barbers are closed, the Lockdown in my town IS fucked up. Do you think i Will have to use minoxidil to Go back to NW1? I don't think finasteride is enough to thicken up

Just wait it the f*** out. Come on kid, are you this obsessed with your body? Are you shredded n jacked? That's what I thought. Your hair is fine and finasteride will probably improve the situation. Calm down.

You’re not even NW2, you simply lost you juvenile hairline, like the majority of men.

Plus, greasy hair is not a true indicator of hair quality. I have fine hair and a light coloured scalp, since my 20s my hair has looked diffuse when greasy or wet. Dry and clean, no issues at all. I’m now 42 and my hair never changed. Unless you have balding in your family, you may be the same as me. Womens hair can also look diffused in these conditions. Plus harsh lighting and photos taken through a phone camera cause light to reflect hard off the scalp and display what looks like thinning, even in those that are not balding.

Seems like you’ve noticed the natural attributes of your hair and are simply obsessing over it, linking any trait you see to male pattern baldness, over analysing your hair.

I do not see balding here. If you’re concerned see a derm and get a professional diagnosis. All in all, calm down, you are going to be fine.

I AM taking finasteride 0.5MG a day, started 15th june. So far no results(ofc two weeks only),besides feeling more depressed and sleepy i havent had any sides. By the way my libido IS about the same or even higher. Also,do you think finasteride Will Prevent my crown from thinning, considering that i have male pattern baldness? I mean,i have 0 doubts i suffer from male pattern baldness. my brother IS a NW3A by the age of 32,my father was a diffuse thinner with recession,so... From my mother side tho, there is no hairloss. My 80yo grandpa from mother side has a Full Head of hair and he IS an alchoolist

This is what my hair looks like when dry and washed:
