Why not just make it?
Is finasteride soluble in water?
Cant get it in the UK! Trust me I have looked around 
Not sure if it will dissolve in minoxidil... Apparently it is best to dissolve and use within one day, so I guess it needs to be done as part of a daily routine. You could buy DMSO, dissolve the finasteride in it, then add to the minoxidil

I personally had bad sides from minoxidil, gave me a puffy face!

Finasteride dissolves in tons of stuff look it up.

H&W sells it with prescription I think.
Not for the US though unfortunately. I really want to try it but flying to Canada to get it would be too much money.
