where did you buy your msm?

im looking to pick some up to help my hair grow faster and thus make my minoxidil work faster. where is the cheapest place to get it from? and how much should be taken each day?

I take the 1500 mg tabs available at vitacost.com 2x daily (for a grand total of 3000 mg msm daily)

uk ... i just buy it from holland & barrat; comes in 750mg capsules. i take 2 or 3 a day.

is there more than one type in H&B? if so which one do you recommend?

it grows my hair quicker (which already grows at super-human speed) so I can see any new regrowth .. er .. quicker.

it now grows 2mm in about 3 days.

it made my eyelashes longer so now I look like a tranny. bonus.

it grows all .. 'other' hair quicker. not so good.
