Propecia says its a very tolerable drug and most people get no side effects. If you get weight gain you should go see a doctor. Your wieght gain might be in your head.

I've gained weight (+slight gyno) in my abdominal area. I guarantee you that it was because of Propecia's increase in estrogen (I had my hormone levels checked) and it's not "in anyone's head".
