It seems like propecia is usually the first option. Try to keep you regimen simple. If you want to use spironolactone, keep in mind it's less user friendly than propecia. Topical vs. pill. You don't have to worry about side effects, but they are rare. Much rarer than perousing these forums would have you believe. Also, use nizoral shampoo. Everyone should at least try that sh*t.
