Where to get a great pill cutter??

So I'm going to also take fincar as soon as my order gets here from United Pharmacies. I want to cut it in fourths. Where do you get a good pill cutter that won't create any powder waste?

Does anyone make a pill splitter that will split a Proscar tablet into 4 equal milligram pieces? That pill is kind of shaped like an avacado.

I'm currently using a Walgreens pill cutter to split the pill once and then split the halves into quarters.
