Hey I was just wondering if anyone in this forum was into anti-aging stuff. I don´t really know what lotions to use etc?

I do know about anti-oxidants and that Vit-E is a strong anti oxidant but anything else?

Stuff like HGH (human growth hormones) help or anything that has hormones which generally act by replacing them as they decline as you age. Not really sure though, still young. I did notice lines around my eyes when i smile but maybe thats always been the case. Ah f*** it not really bothered. The only thing i would ever get done is a hair transplant.
