Hi guys,

For the experienced guys that make their own spironolactone, I can get Aldactone for pretty cheap over here. So I was wondering what kind of cream would be good to crush the pills and put them in? I was thinking of Aloe Vera Gel but it dries up too quickly. How about Brylcreem would that be sufficient? would I need to add anything else to the cream other than the pills? thanks

Search EBAY for Placenta Cream

Check the prices as some charge £60 and some charge £10 for the same product

I used this cream when I made my own spironolactone Cream, I couldnt tell the difference btwn my home made product and Dr Lee

Make sure you really grind up the tabs as there is alot of filler in there
