Im on the big three. Just started the minoxidil and nizoral. I want to add spironolactone or folligen. I have only frontal recession. Probably norwoord 1.5-2. My question is should I wait a few months before I start trying other products and also what product (spironolactone or folligen) should I add next if I were to add. Thanks.

Folligen works awesome with Minoxidil. I don't think you really need spironolactone if you're already on finasteride. Topical antiandrogens aren't quite as effective and should only be used if you can't tolerate the finasteride. I don't use finasteride myself but I plan on starting it, carefully....

I would have to disagree with this recommendation. Finasteride does not elminate DHT totally. spironolactone would help finish the job and is favored for that type of job, esp, in the frontal hairline.

Hmmm...i'll see how things go in a few months and then decide what to add...spironolactone or folligen...or both...only time will tell.
