which nizoral do i buy?

also do i have to use conditioner with it & am i ok to use gels/hairsprays ect or is it best to let my hair rest for a bit after?

I'm using 2% without any problems.

The conditioner is left in for about 4-5 minutes after the Nizoral has been rinsed out.

I can only find Nizoral 1% shampoo at walmart. Where are you finding the 2% shampoo and where are you finding Nizoral conditioner?
