I use Nizoral 2% 3x week. The other days I use just a cosmetic sampoo (Jason thin to thick). I want to add a second sampoo, which can contribute to hair grow and thickness so I did a research and I found these two sampoos:

The first one contains Piroctone olamine, Niacinamide, Biotin and some other ingredients and can be found here:

The second one contains saw palmetto (serenoa repens), ginseng, Vitamin B5 and can be found here:

Another saw palmetto sampoo is this one: http://sawpalmettoproducts.com/sawpash.html

Which one would you choose? As far as I know there is a research that proves that a piroctone olamine sampoo can actually help hair. On the other hand, is a saw palmetto sampoo a good choice? Oral Saw palmetto can help hair but how about saw palmetto in a sampoo form?

Thanks

...okey...I continued my research and found a sampoo with this ingredients:

Composition :
extrait de sabal serrulata, polymères cationiques, excipients qsp 100 %.
formule INCI : Aqua, sodium laureth sulfate, lauryl betaine, oleth-10, citric acid, fragance, CI 42053, hydroxypropyl guar, hydroxypropyltrimonium chloride, magnesium laureth sulfate, magnesium laureth-8 sulfate, magnesium oleth sulfate, PEG-18 glyceryl oleate/cocoate, piroctone olamine, polyquaternium-22, Serenoa serrulata, sodium chloride, sodium laureth-8 sulfate, sodium oleth sulfate.

It contains saw palmetto (serenoa serrulata), piroctone olamine together. The funny thing is that this was the first product my dermatologist gave me, 7 years before. I used it and noticed that makes my hair look thick. However, by that time I had no idea about saw palmetto, piroctone olamine etc..I stopped it some months later cause I wanted to try other sampoos..I will try it again, althouth I dont know how much piroctone olamine does it contain..Is there any percentage that I have to look for..?
