Which oral AA is the best for regrowth?

Hi. I want to start some stronger drug to maybe regrow my hairline. I'm 20 and norwood 2.5. My hairloss started at 18 and stopped at 18.5. From what i've seen the best results were from using 200mg of Spironolactone. I have to use oral drugs as any topical rapes my scalp. I have pretty bad Seborrheic Dermatitis so using AA could help with that too. My two main options are spironolactone 100mg or Bicalutamide 12.5mg. Bica has good sexual side effect profile but it causes bad gyno. Can't decide myself.

I think 100mg spironolactone (50mg morning 50mg night) + bica 50mg + gyno surgery in future would be your best deal. Also, are you on finasteride? dutasteride interacts with bica. And duta + bica interacts with cypro. Metabolization of cypro will get disturbed -> myb higher rate of liver failure!?

I also wouldnt use cypro, guess its not good for the long run, and sexual side effects are serious here.

You need to use some t-blocker because bica raises androgens extremly, thus aromitizing the excessive T to E. So when you use t blocker (like maybe spironolactone) with bica, you can cut them both off safely in future because there wont be 2-3× more androgens to flood your follicles lol.

Also, spironolactone is pretty weak, as its anti androgenic effect is a side effect, its actually a diuretic.

Avoid E2 or anything like that. Bica+spironolactone+finasteride+... is already hardcore.

Thanks man. And yeah it is bro science, but its the best thing we got. I think i will start with spironolactone 50+50 and see how it goes. Bica is impossible to get from doctor so I would have to get it online.
