Which Saw palmetto product should i choose?

Hi
I have decided to try Saw palmetto, i am currently using nizoral and have been taking some vitamins and mineral for hair , these have seemed to of helped a bit.

I cant decide which saw palmetto to choose.

Probably the first one has several herbs that are claimed to lower DHT, but bro I tried that stuff had a positive impact on hair you should just take finasteride.

I know i should take finasteride, but its the side affects im worried about. Is that what you are taking?

I had been on finasteride for over 6 years..then I tried SP...Although I think finasteride is a dangerous drug, SP won't do anything for you and it will give you the same sides...Better luck with finasteride

I don't know why, but people have a weird habit of over exaggerating everything. That holds true when it comes to talking about finasteride side effects. No I bought some random prostate herb complex from Wal-Mart that had a lot of that stuff. It got rid of my inflammation. I say try that stuff, and if you don't get sides from it, start taking finasteride.

What sides are you talking about?
I've been taking saw palmetto for almost 3 months and I have no issues. Both are for treatment of prostate issues, one is derived
for a plant and the other (finasteride) I don't know, perhaps test tubes and beakers.

and what do you mean by inflammation?
