Which Vitamins Together?

I'm trying to figure out what vitamins I should take together for best absorbtion, as well as whether it should be on a full or empty stomach. Some help in conjunction with one another while others can cancel out each other out. Heres what I have found out so far. Feel free to add!

DO
- Vitamin C and Vitamin E
- Iron and Vitamin C
- Calcium and Vitamin C and Magnesium (Calcium best taken at night)
- B vitamins together
- Amino Acid on an empty stomach
- Vitamin C and Garlic Extract (possible increase in NO - http://www.vitacost.com/newsletter/news ... 70322:main)

DON'T
- Iron and Calcium

These arn't necessarily the only vitamins i take. Zinc is also apart of my daily supplements. This list is just to show which ones to take at the same time during the day to get the best absorbtion.

Have you heard or read anything about zinc interaction with other vitamins/minerals?
