Which works best as an NW3 style? Really can't decide

You look like a Norwood 2 to me. Judging by the pictures you had from before starting treatment, I don't think you will recede to a NW3 ever, since you seemed to be diffuse thinning at the front. If your hair loss started worsening, you would gradually lose density until your hair ended up looking thinner and wispier (Think 2019-2020 Justin Bieber).

You can literally do any hairstyle you want at your current state, enjoy it. Hairstyle A would probably start looking bad down the line and you would be forced to go for fringe hairstyles such as style B if you worsen.

From the latest picture that's a 2 still I'd say.
I think Style B covers it up a bit more efficiently, but I'd go with A since it looks way better overall. Your density is still good

If it looks better then I will try and do A and hopefully maintain enough density for long enough that it will work long term! I'm on month 7 of finasteride so hopefully improves a bit and that'll help

That isn’t long hair lol
That’s barely medium length
Honestly, I don’t think either looks good
balding and long hair isn’t a good combo.
