Not the best pics, but you can see what I mean. All the hairs that I am shedding have a white tip at the root. I read sometimes is normal, and it's a telogen hair, but it seems like a worse condition from the pics(the first one!). Below there are three random hairs, but 95% of the hairs that I am shedding it's like that, despite the treatments.

Where are you shedding these hairs from? If you're already balding it's safe to assume that it's not telogen effluvium.

Hello, and thanks for responding. I mainly shed these hairs from the top of my head. I am balding, of course, but I am worried about these hairs, like, the first one seems so fucked. It seems like the miniaturization is still going strong.

how foolish!

The claim that those white bulbs is telogen effluvium is a fallacy! those are dead cells accumulating around the root sheath and a result of poor scalp hygiene
Thanks for responding back. How so? My scalp is in good condition overall under the microscope. What about the dead cells, though? If you check the pictures closely, you can see that is not sebum, etc. The first picture reveals something like apoptosis and the dead cells you mentioned, but of course, we can say that the miniaturization is ongoing.

White tips are normal for any hair shed during telogen stage (which is when hairs normally shed), so doesn't necessarily indicate Telogen Effluvium. If the bulb is black, however, it abruptly came our during anagen stage either from pulling or traction or certain scalp disorders or chemotherapy

Thank you for responding. Yes, I know these facts, as I read it as well. The thing is that pretty much the telogen to anagen ratio is so fucked on my scalp because of my aggressive baldness. So, almost every hair that I am shedding has these white tips.

I don't know if my scalp condition is not good, it seems good to me, but you definitely can see the strong miniaturization. For example, my hairline(microscope/pic quality is not so good):
