In Turkey they are a lot cheaper, not sure about how comparisons are in terms of results. Check http://www.ishrs.org/ for some names

Dr Lupanzula in Belgium - 4.5 euro per graft
Dr Erdogan in Turkey - 2.5 euro per graft
Or for cheap but seemingly very good
Dr Cinik - probably 3000 euros for maximum amount of grafts (eg. 5000)

I think Dr Lorenzo, Spain is the best one. Dr. ******** and Mwamba are also very good.

Both are good. Its personal opinion, research and your decision at that point.
Talk to yor surgeon personally, whoever makes you feel most comfortable can help solidify your decision
Turkish doctors are good.But I cant understand why some are more expensive ,in the end all good doctors do the same surgery and get the same resolt

Exactly. Find the cheapest clinic you can find in Turkey and get that sh*t DONE bro! You know what, don't even BOTHER going to a f*****g doctor!

Thank you man there is no need for this. 6 month ago I did my hair transplantation and I paid a normal price, and yeap its not past too much to see the final result, but even now I see when all these little hairs will grow up I will get a resolt which I wanted. And there is no need to do advertising just for expensive doctors, not everyone has a chance to throw out that amount of money. Let's be realistic

I can't fault concerns about price but for me, it's like plastic surgery, neither is worth the risk in less than proven, skilled hands.
Regarding Lorenzo, someone on the forum posted awhile back he wasn't able to get a response from his office. Heard anything about this lately?

If you want few safe(I think) options:
.es: de freitas couto lorenzo (but in general there is a long delay to wait for in spain)
.be: ******** devroye mwamba lupanzula feriduni
.tr: koray demirsoy keser acar cinik()
.ch: muresanu
.tn(close to europe): meddeb
But tbh If I was a high norwood in need of a big session I would only trust 2 or 3 of them but that's all about feeling ; )

Couto waiting list is 5 years. Freitas 18 months I think.
Price and waiting list aside I would put Couto number 1, Freitas 2 and Erdogan 3.
Keser number 2 to Couto if only a norwood 2 but only for small low norwood jobs like this.

did not know for couto. that's amazing...Waiting list for De freitas is almost 1 year.. that just shows how good they are in spain. Same for belgium, you have to wait almost 1 year. But tbh 1year that's perfect if you want to begin a treatment before hair transplant.
Agree for couto / keser.amazing for low norwood can achieve amazing density. Perfect for norwood 2/3 / 40/50 years old but if you are younger beware
