Why am I still shedding from the back of my head?

I don´t understand this!! I totally stopped shedding from the front - I mean I lose like 1 hair when I wash it every once in a week. But from the back or top of my head hairs keep falling out!! I thought that chances are better to keep that hair then other hair.

I´m on proscar and nizoral. I think I will start using nizoral 2 a week from now on - not that I have a itch or so. I´m also on Tricomin.

I think I will order spironolactone 2% because the 5% is too hard to apply on anything but your forhead
