Why Do I Have More Miniaturized Hair Than Everyone Else?

The title might be a bit hyperbole but I've noticed that I have way more miniaturized hair around my hair line (and a lot of you guys on here too) compared to balding young men out on the street that have even worse hair loss then me. Am I just delusional or what's going on? My miniaturized hair always hangs down my forehead while other guys I see have a clean defined line between their bald area and their hair.

Gonna need to see photos. I have significant miniturisation on the hairline also. It’s retrograde alopecia. Like I said though, gonna need to assess your hairline.

From your regimen I deduce that the miniaturized hair along your hairline come from the use of Minoxidil. Since I started using Minoxidil on my hairline and temple I have a lot of miniaturized hair along my hairline, I guess they will develop with time into normal hair. For example I had no hair on my right temple and they grew thanks to minoxidil, they are not yet normal hair but I can see the potential there

Yes, seems reasonable except that in this area I used to have thick hair.

I have sh*t ton of miniaturized hairs on hair line (if you can call it a hairline at this point) as well. Been on minoxidil for like 4-5 years but hair continues to get worse. For me those mini hairs are just on minoxidil life support before they die out completely. Since you're new to minoxidil it could be regrowth I suppose.
