Why do people love to call out balding specifically?

I mean why the thing that is distinctive about me the most seems to be my rapid balding? I meet many people, with many defects (be it ugly face, being short, skin diseases, missing teeth etc.), no one gets called out for these traits. But the very first f*****g thing I hear from people I did not hear from for a while is 'HOLY sh*t HOW BALDING YOU ARE' directly to my face, not even 'how much time I haven't seen you Kev'. Yeah just point out to me the thing I have been seeing the whole 3 years, with people commenting on it every time I meet someone new/see someone I haven't seen in a few years or months with extreme cruelty to it (I mean shocked faces and commenting how girls are going to never have sex with me anymore). Also in Poland there is a special insult for balding people 'zakolak', which in English would mean 'receder'. Of all negative traits, why balding the most???

It looks stupid and it is not considered a disease. And it doesn't happen to women. So there is zero social stigma arround mocking it. Akin to how it is ok to mock a long nose.

The ones who call out OP that he's balding.
Yeah the worst thing is that in every place I can be I am called out for balding. Even when other people struggle with hairloss, I am the example of 'THIS IS HOW THE BALDING MAN LOOKS'. I mean I should not care that much, but I have that fear of being ridiculed since my childhood when I was an example of autistic effeminate kid with shitty hair (think of an unkempt mullet), so it's just hard dealing with negative comments. Call me an insecure wh*** but I have that fear of being labeled as odd and cast away from society.

I thought people said your buzzcut looked good? You turned 180 degree on that narrative, what happened

Yeah buzzcut is undeniably looking better, and many people told me so, I am also feeling a lot better with buzzcut rather than dying long hair. I think that the standard of my life has risen, the problems which remained are:
-regaining confidence that I lost due to balding; I have no proof yet that I can actually form a relationship with buzzcut, nor that I am truly attractive with or without hair
-people's insensitivity; in Poland, one of the first words to describe an unattractive person is 'zakolak', which means someone with receding hairline. You know, it's just rude when someone just walks up to you and calls you slurs, especially slurs which are connected to your appearance, because there is no comeback to it
-my overall depression. My mental state is just like you can see in my avatar, because according to statistics I am supposed to be dead. I am a man with Aspergers, which reduces my chances to find love or job (especially good paying), which are the factors contributing to being depressed. Another thing is that I actually tried to kill myself (before hairloss, don't worry lmao) and because of that chances of trying again are severely increased. So for many years I just try to stay afloat, with my mental health being so fragile that failing college or any very unfortunate situation can make me just insane

People call out balding because in the end people compete to mate and have babies. And if you can stigmatize a minority of men then you will cut out the competition.
Yeah I get it but why is it acceptable to call out balding and not f*****g disgusting face or narrow frame? I mean wtf

I feel you. It's important to keep in mind that statistics are not gospel and that things can change for worse but also for better in ways we would have never imagined. I have been in a very similiar situation, feel free to PM me if you want to.
I'll remember that word though to anger Polish men on the internet though.
