One of the mysteries of hair loss that I have never seen a good answer to is why hair above the horseshoe pattern susceptible to miniaturization, and hair below the horseshoe resistant? Are the susceptible follicles genetically programmed to miniaturize when exposed to DHT, or does DHT only exist above horseshoe pattern?

Because bloodflow is restricted due to a tight galea so dht accumulates at the top only and nukes your hair. If u fix this problem you wont even need HRT to regrow hair. That is only a bandaid to the real issue. Which is poor bloodflow due to tight galea. No im just f*****g with you. The only thing that breaks this theory is that transplanted hairs grows for life despite a tight galea and poor bloodflow. But then they blame it on calcification. That a transplant breaks up this calcification and make new blood vessels so the hair can grow normally.
