Why have we not compared tbis

How come scientist havent compared a large number of non balding men vs balding man-
And balding men preMPB vs postMPB for visual noticable differences.

From my personal observation I can see a distinct difference, seems like balding man have a "cone head" sydrome that has developed over time and more noticable with aggressive balding. Right down in the middle there is slight bump Mohawk underneat the scalp. WTF a is this???

I haven't seen this on men without male pattern baldness.

Shave it. Like every other scientific research compensate them to shave it. There must something there
